As of March 2026, the list of compatible devices has expanded significantly in Singapore. Please note that this list may not be exhaustive. Compatibility can vary based on specific regional variants and software updates. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to perform the necessary due diligence to ensure their specific device hardware and software version support eSIM functionality before signing up for a plan. ZYM is not liable for any loss of service, inability to activate, or costs incurred due to device incompatibility.

Apple iPhone

  • iPhone 11 to 17 Series: Includes all standard, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max models.

  • iPhone XS & XR: XS, XS Max, and XR.

  • iPhone SE: 2nd Gen (2020), 3rd Gen (2022), 16e, and newer.

  • iPhone Air: All cellular models.

Samsung Galaxy

  • S Series: S20, S21, S22, S23, S24, S25, and S26 series (including FE models).

  • Z Series (Foldables): All generations of Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip.

  • Note Series: Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra.

  • A Series: A35, A36, A54, A55, and A56.

Google Pixel

  • Flagship Series: Pixel 3 to Pixel 10 series (including Pro and XL variants).

  • A-Series: Pixel 3a to 9a.

  • Fold Series: Pixel Fold and 9 Pro Fold.

OPPO & Vivo

  • OPPO Find Series: Find X3 Pro to X9 Pro; Find N2 Flip, N3, and N5.

  • OPPO Reno Series: Reno 5A, 6 Pro, 9A, and 14/15 series.

  • Vivo X & V Series: X80 Pro to X200 Pro; V29 to V40 series.

  • Xiaomi Series: 12T Pro, 13, 14, and 15 series (including T and Pro models).

  • Redmi & Poco: Redmi Note 13 Pro+, 14/15 Pro+; Poco X7.
